Wedding Packages

 

Everyone is unique, and the DVD that we will craft for you will be unique as well.

As a starting point we have outlined two packages below. We are happy to discuss your requirements and work out a package to suit. I

Platinum Package:

  • Consultation meeting (in person for weddings in Auckland, or by phone for weddings outside Auckland)
  • Scene setting shots e.g. close up of the venue, exterior shots of the venue, close up of flowers, hair, gown etc
  • Brides preparation
  • Shots of the groom waiting at the venue
  • Arrival of the guests
  • Guests mingling
  • Arrival of the bride
  • Ceremony
  • Photoshoot
  • Short interview with the parents of the bride and groom
  • Shots of the reception venue, including close up of the cake
  • Speeches
  • Cutting of the cake
  • First dance
  • Coverage of approximately 7 hours*
  • 2 video cameras
  • Some still photos to use for the DVD cover
  • Up to 4 hours of raw footage
  • 5 minutes (approx) highlight montage, set to music of your choice , and
  • 30 minute (approx) edited DVD (5 copies on DVD)
  • All raw footage supplied on DVD (1 copy)
  • Edited highlights loaded onto web (optional)
  • DVD label and cover created especially for you
  • Total investment: $2295 incl GST

 

Silver Package:

  • Consultation meeting (in person for weddings in Auckland, or by phone for weddings outside Auckland)
  • Scene setting shots e.g. close up of the venue, exterior shots of the venue, close up of flowers, hair, gown etc
  • Arrival of the guests
  • Shots of the groom waiting
  • Arrival of the bride
  • Guests mingling
  • Ceremony
  • Photoshoot
  • Coverage of approximately 3 hours*
  • Up to 1 1/2 hours of raw footage
  • 5 minutes (approx) edited highlights, set to music of your choice on DVD(5 copies)
  • All raw footage supplied on DVD(1 copy)
  • Edited highlights loaded onto web
  • DVD label created especially for you
  • Total investment: $1295 incl GST

 

If there are particular people e.g. family members or friends from overseas that you wish to be recorded please advise us of their names prior to the day. On the day, if possible, please arrange for one of the bridal party or guests to be available to point these people out to us.

*Coverage refers to the amount of time the videographer is with you on the day. This does not refer to the amount of video footage that will be captured.

  We are based in North Shore, Auckland, and travel to events between Orewa and Papakura is included in the package price. Travel outside Auckland e.g. to Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga and Whangarei may incur a travel charge. We will travel to Te Kauwhata, Cambridge, Morrinsville, Warkworth, Kumeu, Piha, Te Puke, Mt Maunganui, - pretty much anywhere in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty. Just ask and we will work out a price for you.

Do you have family videos you would like edited into a "This is your Life" programme to be played at a 60th birthday, 40th wedding anniversary, wedding, 21st, or funeral.

Perhaps you have never watched your wedding video because there is so much footage.

We can take your existing wedding footage shot by family and friends and edit it into a 5 to 10 minute highlights package. This is a separate service to our Silver and Platinum packages.

We will then supply you with

  • 1 DVD

  • DVD label created especially for you

Total Investment: from $695 incl GST. The total cost will depend on the amount of footage to be edited.

Additional Highlights DVDs

Purchase a copy for family, friends, members of the bridal party etc

Additional copies $15 incl GST (this includes your unique DVD label)

 

Raw Footage:

We supply one copy of the raw footage to the bride and groom. Additional copies may be purchased for $50 incl GST (printed with your unique DVD label)
